Manufacture and Assembly
Schilling is capable of manufacturing many of the mechanical components used in
its products. The Company also has extensive experience in printed circuit board
assembly, including through-hole and surface mounting. Schilling's in-house machine
shop is equipped with numerically controlled wire EDM and milling machines, and
contains manually controlled equipment for milling, welding, grinding, bead blasting,
injection molding, and chemical etching. The Company is exceptionally skilled in
machining titanium. Schilling has long-term relationships with established machine
shops and other vendors who perform parts machining, chrome plating, anodizing, and
heat treating to augment in-house capabilities.

Quality Assurance
Schilling's Quality Assurance Program ensures that exceptional quality is inherent in
product design, material procurement, fabrication, and assembly. Quality control and
inspection activities are performed on all goods and services provided by the Company
and its suppliers. Schilling is certified in Management System Standard ISO 9001:2000.
