Tyler Schilling
President and Chief Executive Officer
Tyler Schilling co-founded Schilling Robotics, along with Wes Gerriets, in 1985, with
the vision of providing productive tools to remotely perform work in the deep ocean. As
president and chief executive officer, he sets the Company's vision and guides product
innovation and development.
Before co-founding Schilling Robotics with Gerriets, Schilling worked for Moller International
as director of VTOL development, where he led development activities for a passenger aircraft
capable of vertical takeoff and landing. He also worked as technical director for development
and testing of specialized oceanographic equipment, including remote manipulators for Hydroscan,
Inc. of San Diego, California.
Schilling attended the management program at INSEAD, in Paris, France, which is widely recognized as one of the most innovative and influential business schools in the world. He holds three patents on subsea devices and has accumulated a wealth of experience and expertise in offshore operations. He is an active member of the Marine Technology Society (MTS) and is involved with the Explorit Science Center in Davis, California, an organization committed to involving people in science experiences.

Wes Gerriets
Executive Vice President
Wes Gerriets co-founded Schilling Robotics, along with Tyler Schilling, in 1985. He supports the Company's product
innovation and development by identifying new opportunities and providing strategic direction for product developments, new markets, and financial resources.
Before co-founding Schilling Robotics, Gerriets worked as director of sales and marketing for Moller International.
Gerriets earned a B.A. in Economics from California State University, Sacramento and he has completed coursework toward an M.B.A. in Business Administration.

John Kehoe
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
John Kehoe joined Schilling Robotics in 2008 as senior vice president and CFO. He is
responsible for the day-to-day management of Schilling's finance, information technology,
customer support, and human resource departments.
Kehoe brought to Schilling more than 35 years of financial and operations savvy. He has
served in a senior vice president, CFO, and controller positions in technology companies,
such as, Intel Corporation, Focus Surgery, Inc., Poqet Computer Corporation, Silicon General,
and Texas Instruments, Inc. He has proven experience in financial planning, investor
relations, cost analysis, financial controls, SEC reporting, and other regulatory
requirements. Kehoe has also played a key role in rapidly expanding company growth
per annum, management of internal growth, and the successful completion of small
corporate acquisitions, which are directly relevant to Schilling's growth plans.
Kehoe earned a B.B.A. from Manhattan College and an M.B.A. from Fordham University.

Paul Whalen
Senior Vice President of Operations
Paul Whalen joined Schilling Robotics in 2008 as senior vice president of operations.
He is responsible for the manufacturing operations to manage rapidly-growing production
and to ensure that efficiency and quality are inherent in all products and processes
through the program management, assembly, fabrication, quality, health & safety,
and supply chain departments.
Whalen brought to Schilling over 19 years of experience in financial administration,
assembly management, and operations efficiency. He has served in senior management
positions at manufacturing companies, including Toyota, American Racing Equipment,
Inc., and Pentair Pool and Spa, with emphasis on inventory management, production
streamlining, quality assurance, and product upgrade efficiencies. His expertise
in improving departmental efficiency, inventory management, systematic analysis
of operations, streamlining manufacturing, and supply chain processes make him a
distinct asset to the Schilling operations team.
Whalen earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Irvine and an
M.B.A in Economics from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles.

Steve Callori
Vice President of Engineering
Steve Callori joined Schilling Robotics in 1994 as an engineering project manager, and
was promoted to director of engineering in 1997. In 2003, Callori was promoted to vice
president of engineering. In his current capacity, he is responsible for managing all
engineering department activities, including implementing department policies and procedures,
reporting on engineering performance, and directing engineering resource assignments.
Callori brought to Schilling over 29 years of experience in engineering and technical
management. He served as a mechanical engineer, manufacturing engineer, engineering group
leader, and project engineer for companies such as Teledyne Electronic Technologies and
FMC Corporation, a leading manufacturer of military vehicles and defense equipment.
Callori earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis
and an M.S. in Engineering Management from the University of Santa Clara. He is registered
as a professional mechanical engineer in the State of California and is a certified Green
Belt in Lean Six Sigma Principles.

Randy Dusseau
Vice President of Fabrication
Randy Dusseau joined Schilling Robotics in 1989 as a design drafter, and has held a variety
of technical and managerial positions, including director of information services and vice
president of customer service, and vice president of manipulator manufacturing. Dusseau assumed
the position of vice president of fabrication in 2008. In his current capacity, he is responsible
for the day-to-day operations and planning responsibilities for Schilling's fabrication
capabilities through fabrication engineering, weld shop, and machine shop.
Dusseau brought to Schilling over 17 years of experience in mechanical design, electrical design,
and information systems with companies such as Alphametric Systems and Price Technical Services.
Dusseau's depth of experience and versatility within Schilling make him an integral part of the
Schilling operations team.
Dusseau earned a B.S. in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix. He has also completed
coursework in Oracle database administration, Impromptu administration, and Oracle SQL&PL/SQL. He
is certified in strategic planning.

Mike Gyorfi
Vice President of Assembly
Mike Gyorfi joined Schilling Robotics in 1990 as vice president of quality assurance
with the initial responsibility of creating and managing the company's quality assurance
(QA) program. He was promoted to vice president of assembly in 2006. In his current capacity,
Gyorfi is responsible for the day-to-day all planning and assembly activities for engineering,
remotely operated vehicles (ROVs), manipulators, and integration.
Gyorfi brought to Schilling five years of experience in operations and quality assurance
management for aerospace company Houston Fearless 76. His proven expertise in establishing
and monitoring quality operating procedures, overseeing purchasing and competitive bid
procedures for all company projects accentuated Schilling's management team.
Gyorfi has completed coursework in mechanical engineering, analog and digital control circuitry,
metallurgy, and manufacturing technology. He achieved Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma
for manufacturing in 2005.

Sally Larocca
Vice President of Human Resources
Sally Larocca joined Schilling Robotics in 2008 as vice president of human resources. She is
responsible for ensuring the company hires, develops and retains the best and brightest
employees in the industry.
Larocca brought to Schilling over 19 years of experience in human resources in areas such
as organizational development, mergers and acquisitions, workforce planning, and compensation
and benefits. Larocca has been with companies such as EdFund, Yamas Controls Inc., Intel
Corporation, and Level One Communications, Inc. Larocca's expertise in developing human
resource strategies and programs and her acute business acumen make her a distinct asset
to the Schilling management team.
Larocca earned a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.B.A. in Human Resource Management
from California State University, Sacramento.

Gil Llacuna
Vice President of Finance
Gil Llacuna joined Schilling Robotics in 2008 as vice president of finance and
corporate controller. He is responsible for accounting and asset management and
financial management reporting.
Llacuna brought to Schilling over 22 years of experience in finance analysis,
business planning, merger negotiations, and audit management with such companies
as VeriFone, General Electric Company, and Arthur Andersen LLP. His experience
in strategic planning, finance consolidation, and asset tracking align directly
with Schilling's expansion planning.
Llacuna earned a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Peter MacInnes
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Peter MacInnes joined Schilling Robotics in 2009 as vice president of marketing. In his current capacity, he is responsible for leading the development of the Company’s strategic business and product plans, with a focus on ensuring cross-functional alignment of all sales and marketing related activities for Schilling worldwide. This includes global sales, marketing communications, product management, market research, and business development divisions.
MacInnes brought to Schilling over 20 years of experience in the subsea sector. He has served in sales and marketing management positions with companies, such as FMC Technologies, Perry Slingsby Systems, and OceanWorks International. His background includes several years working offshore with ROVs and intervention tooling systems, which provided a valuable understanding of the operational environment. His experience in cultivating new business opportunities for high-technology subsea companies will facilitate long-term growth for Schilling Robotics through strategic, customer-focused planning.
MacInnes earned an Honors degree in Electronic and Information Engineering from the Robert Gordon University of Aberdeen, Scotland. He is an active member of the Society of Underwater Technology (SUT), Marine Technology Society (MTS), and the American Marketing Association (AMA).

Jason Stanley
Vice President of Business Development
Jason Stanley joined Schilling Robotics in 2001 as a systems integration engineer. He was quickly promoted to director of remote systems application in 2002, assuming responsibility for investigating new opportunities for the company's Remote Systems Engine and remotely operated vehicle (ROV) product lines. In 2003, he was promoted to vice president of sales and marketing for remote systems. In his current capacity, he is responsible for developing new and existing business opportunities in the ROV and related markets for the Company worldwide.
Stanley brought to Schilling over 19 years of subsea-related experience, with emphasis
on offshore operational engineering and management. He has served as a project manager,
project engineer, and ROV fleet operations support at companies such as Perry Slingsby
Systems, Ceanic Corporation (now part of the Acergy Group), and Sonsub. With Ceanic,
Stanley gained expertise as a field engineer, ROV supervisor, ROV pilot, and ROV
pilot/technician, making him a valuable resource on product usability to Schilling customers.
Stanley earned a B.S. in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station,
and has completed coursework in computer information systems at the University of St.
Thomas in Houston, Texas. He is active in the professional community through the
Marine Technology Society (MTS), the Association of Diving Contractors (ADC), the
Society of Underwater Technology (SUT), the International Marine Contractors Association
(IMCA), the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), and the Project Management Institute (PMI).

George Shirreffs
Managing Director of Schilling Robotics, Ltd.
George Shirreffs joined Schilling Robotics in 2000 as the logistics manager for the North Sea regional office. He was quickly promoted to operations manager in 2002. In 2005, Shirreffs was appointed managing director of Schilling Robotics, Ltd. In his current capacity, he is responsible for Schilling’s support and sales coordination for the eastern hemisphere. This includes Schilling’s direct customer’s support and European agent network for repair services, product training, spare part sales, and field service.
Shirreffs brought to Schilling 18 years of experience in finance, manufacturing, account management and warehouse management. His broad range of knowledge in the oil and gas industry will be used to create support strategies to meet Schilling customers’ needs.
Shirreffs earned his Graduate Certificate in Management Studies from The Robert Gordon University of Aberdeen. He is also an active member of the Society of Underwater Technology (SUT).

David Marchetti
Director of Western Hemisphere Operations
David Marchetti joined Schilling Robotics in 2008 as the director of Gulf of Mexico operations. He manages customer support to include repair services, product training, spare part sales, and field service for Schilling’s western hemisphere operations.
Marchetti brought to Schilling over 20 years of experience in diverse management, product development, and manufacturing with companies such as GE Vetco Gray, FMC, and T-Systems International. His expertise in engineering and customer service make him a distinct asset to Schilling’s operations team. For the past 11 years he has been involved in operations for subsea controls. Marchetti’s broad knowledge and experience will be used to create support strategies to meet Schilling customers’ needs.
Marchetti earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University and an M.B.A. in Management from Our Lady of the Lake University in Houston, Texas.

William Klassen
Chief Technologist
William Klassen joined Schilling Robotics in 1989 as a mechanical engineer, and has held a variety of engineering positions in the Company. He was promoted to chief technologist in 1997, and now oversees the overall design and implementation of technical solutions for Schilling Robotics' manipulators, ROVs, and engineered-to-order control systems. He designs products that emphasize simplicity without sacrificing performance, and his engineering products have been used in terrestrial, subsea, and aerospace applications.
Klassen brought to Schilling more than seven years of experience in mechanical engineering,
specializing in hydraulic design, structural analysis, electrical component design, and
electrical packaging. Before joining Schilling, Klassen worked as a mechanical engineer
at the Air Force Flight Test Center at Edwards Air Force Base, where he designed temporary
modifications of flight test aircraft for test equipment installation, and packaged a data
acquisition system for cruise missile flight testing.
Klassen earned his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Chico. He currently holds patents for a hydraulic actuator with a sealing assembly, a submersible electrical cable/connector assembly, an electric submersible thruster, and a submersible pressure container with a layered seal assembly.
