Tyler Schilling
President and Chief Executive Officer
Tyler Schilling co-founded Schilling Robotics, along with Wes Gerriets, in 1985, with
the vision of providing productive tools to remotely perform work in the deep ocean. As
president and chief executive officer, he sets the Company's vision and guides product
innovation and development.
Before co-founding Schilling Robotics with Gerriets, Schilling worked for Moller
International as director of VTOL development, where he led development activities for
a passenger aircraft capable of vertical takeoff and landing. He also worked as technical
director for development and testing of specialized oceanographic equipment, including
remote manipulators for Hydroscan, Inc. of San Diego, California.
Schilling attended the management program at INSEAD, in Paris, France, which is widely recognized as one of the most innovative and influential business schools in the world. He holds three patents on subsea devices and has accumulated a wealth of experience and expertise in offshore operations. He is an active member of the Marine Technology Society (MTS) and is involved with the Explorit Science Center, in Davis, California, an organization committed to involving people in science experiences.

Hobart McK. Birmingham
Managing Director of the Perreault Birmingham Group, LLC
Hobart "Hobey" Birmingham is a Managing Director of The Perreault Birmingham
Group, LLC, where he provides business consulting and investment banking services
to companies, principally in the high tech industry. Birmingham spent several
years in legal and executive positions at Borland Software and Apple Computer.
He also spent over twenty years as a transaction lawyer with major law firms
in San Francisco and Tokyo, specializing in domestic and international business, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Birmingham has served on the boards of directors of early stage companies
and non-profit organizations. He has also taught international and Japanese law
at the University of Michigan, Loyola University (LA) and University of San
Francisco law schools.
Birmingham received a J.D. cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School
and an A.B. cum laude from Princeton University, and he is proficient in Japanese.
He holds a Series 7 and Series 63 securities registrations (CA) and offers investment
banking services as a registered representative of ePlanning Securities Inc. FINRA, SIPC.

J. Taft Symonds
Director of Plains All American Pipeline GP, LLC
J. Taft Symonds has served as a director of our general partner since June 2001.
Symonds is Chairman of the Board of Symonds Trust Co. Ltd. (a private investment firm)
and was, until December 2006, Chairman of the Board of Tetra Technologies, Inc. (an oil
and gas services firm). From 1978 to 2004, he was Chairman of the Board and Chief
Financial Officer of Maurice Pincoffs Company, Inc. (an international marketing firm).
Symonds has a background in both investment and commercial banking, including merchant
banking in New York, London and Hong Kong with Paine Webber, Robert Fleming Group and
Banque de la Societe Financiere Europeenne. He is Chairman of the Houston Arboretum
and Nature Center.
Symonds received a BA from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard.

William H. Schumann, III
Executive Vice President and CFO, FMC Technologies
William H. Schumann, III is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of FMC
Technologies, Inc. He was elected Executive Vice President in February 2007, and has served
as CFO since February 2001.
Previously, Schumann served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
FMC Corporation. He joined FMC in 1981 as Director of Pension Investments. He was
named Director of Risk Management in 1983 and Director of Investor Relations and
Pension Investments in 1986. Schumann was appointed Treasurer of FMC in 1987. He served
as Executive Director of Corporate Development from 1991 to 1993, when he joined the
company's Agricultural Products Group as Director of North American Operations. Schumann
was elected a Vice President of FMC in June 1995, when he also was appointed General
Manager of the company's Agricultural Products Group. He was elected Vice President,
Corporate Development in October 1998 and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer in December 1999.
Before joining FMC Corporation, Schumann served as Financial Planning Manager for Sunkist
Growers, Inc., a position he had held since 1975. From 1973 to 1975, he was with Hughes
Helicopter as a Program Management Analyst.
Schumann earned a B.S. in Systems Engineering at the University of California, Los Angeles
and an M.S. in Management Science from the Graduate School of Business at the University
of Southern California. He serves on the Board of Directors of Great Lakes Advisors
and United Agri Products.

John T. Gremp
Executive Vice President, Energy Systems, FMC Technologies
John T. Gremp joined FMC's corporate office in Chicago as a Financial Analyst in 1975 and
moved to assume the position of Asst. Division Controller and subsequently Materials Manager
of our Automotive Service Division in 1977. In 1980, he moved to the FMC Defense Division as
Assistant Purchasing Manager and in 1981 was named Materials Manager of the FMC Ordnance
Division. Gremp joined the Wellhead Equipment Division in 1983 and held various plant,
operation and region manager positions in the US. He was posted to Singapore as General
Manager of the Asia Pacific / Middle East Region in 1990. He returned to the US in 1995
as the General Manager, Fluid Control Division and later was named General Manager,
Energy Production Systems. He was promoted to Vice President Energy Production Systems
in February 2006 and named Executive Vice President in January 2007.
Gremp earned a B.S. in Business at Lewis and Clark College and an MBA in Business
Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. He serves on the Board of
Directors of the Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association and the Offshore Energy Center.
He is also a member of the Secretary of Defense Advisory Board for Employer Support of
the Guard and Reserve.
